  Be a leader in the spiritual education space! Manage our Happy Soul Academy, overseeing both online and in-store workshops, courses, and certifications. • Proven sales skills in a retail environment, with a passion for helping customers find the perfect crystals, tools, and gifts for their spiritual journey.
• Experience using a POS system and managing in-store transactions seamlessly.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect deeply with customers and the team.
• Self-motivation and drive, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, ensuring that our customers always receive the care and attention they deserve.
