Refund and Returns Policy
 
In-store
 

All in-store sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any in-store purchases.
Items may be exchanged for another item within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. If you prefer not to exchange on the same day, a gift card may be issued.

 
Online
 

All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for online orders unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or an appropriate resolution.

 
Non-Returnable Items
 
The following items cannot be exchanged;  Crystal Bowls, Crystal Tuning Forks. Crystal Pyramids, Brass Bowls, Opened Tarot and Oracle Decks, and Books. 

Workshops

Workshops are non-refundable.

Services

For services, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time for any changes or cancellations. Otherwise, the session is non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable.
 
Online Order Pick-Ups
 
Happy soul encourages customers pickup their order in 10 days

Special Orders and holds will be held for one month after the customer is notified the item is in.
  
All transaction decisions are finalized by Happy Soul Management.
