Refund and Returns Policy

Happy Soul wants you to be happy with every purchase, so if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, it can be returned with a refund or replaced if available, within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt.

Online

Happy Soul wants you to be happy with every purchase, so if you are not satisfied with an item received, it can be returned and replaced if available or refunded, within two weeks of receipt of item. 

Non-Returnable Items

All Items can be returned or refunded except for the following; Crystal Bowls, Crystal Tuning Forks. Crystal Pyramids, Brass Bowls, Opened Tarot and Oracle Decks, and Books. 

Online Order Pick-Ups

Happy soul encourages customers pickup their order in 10 days

Hold Policy

In-store

Special Orders and holds will be held for one month after the customer is notified the item is in.

All transaction decisions are finalized by Happy Soul Management.
