How to Use White Sage + Palo Santo

Allow the top of the bundle to come contact with a flame and hold for 30-60 seconds until ignited, and the sage will smolder and smoke. Set in the abalone shell, and use the feather to gently guide the smoke to where you need to cleanse. Move around your space and hold the sage in the air and allow the smoke to dance and fill the room. If are cleansing a home, don't forget the closet doors and tiny corners. To put out sage, you can submerge the bundle into sand or cover it up with a bowl to remove the oxygen. Do not submerge your sage in water to put it out and never leave burning sage unintended.

Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30-60 seconds and then blow out. Move around your work space, home, car, bathroom or anywhere else you would like to clear the energy.
