Moon Circle with Helen: Harvest Full Moon

    Friday, September 25 | 6:00 to 7:30 PM
    $30 | Happy Soul, 961 Bloor St. W., Toronto

Gather with us on the eve of the Harvest Full Moon for an evening dedicated to abundance, gratitude, reflection and intentional renewal.

The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon occurring closest to the autumn equinox. Traditionally associated with the harvest season, it symbolizes a powerful moment of gathering, receiving and recognizing what has grown.

Metaphysically, the Harvest Moon invites us to look at the seeds we have planted within our own lives.

    What has grown?

What are you ready to receive?

    What deserves to be celebrated?

And what have you outgrown as you prepare to enter a new season?

This Full Moon takes place in Aries, bringing an additional theme of courage, individuality and new direction.

Aries asks us to reconnect with the part of ourselves that knows what it wants. Opposite the Libra Sun, this Full Moon can also highlight the balance between self and others, independence and partnership, and following our own path while remaining connected to the people around us.

The Harvest Moon reminds us that abundance is not only about what we acquire. It can also be found in our experiences, relationships, lessons, creativity, resilience and the person we have become along the way.

This Moon Circle is an opportunity to recognize your own personal harvest and consciously decide what you would like to carry into the season ahead.

    What We Will Explore

We will begin with gentle breathwork and simple yoga movements that can be practiced standing or seated, helping you settle into the evening and reconnect with yourself.

Helen will then introduce the astrology and metaphysical themes of the Harvest Full Moon, including its placement in Aries and what this lunar energy may illuminate for us individually and collectively.

    You will:

    • Explore the spiritual symbolism of the Harvest Moon
    • Reflect on abundance, gratitude and what has grown in your life
    • Learn about the Aries Full Moon and its themes of courage, identity and personal direction
    • Work with crystals chosen to complement the intentions of the Harvest Moon
    • Hear personalized themes and messages connected with this Full Moon
    • Consider what you are ready to celebrate, release or carry forward

No previous experience with astrology, yoga or crystals is needed.

Come create a little space away from the rush of everyday life to recognize how far you have come, reconnect with what matters to you and set your intentions for the season ahead.

    About Helen Mahtani

Helen Mahtani is an astrologer and yoga teacher whose approach brings together astrology, embodied practice and a lifelong curiosity about spirituality and personal growth.

Her spiritual studies have explored a wide range of traditions and practices, including the Bhagavad Gita, Buddhist teachings and psychic development, giving her a thoughtful and open-minded approach to the connection between our inner lives and the symbolic language of astrology.

Helen began formally studying astrology in 2021 and undertook an intensive three-year study of traditional and Hellenistic astrology with Adam Elenbaas. She has continued expanding her astrological education through specialized studies, including Solar Returns with astrologer Shu Yap, a forecasting technique used to explore the themes and possibilities of the year ahead.

As both an astrologer and yoga teacher, Helen brings an especially grounded and experiential quality to her Moon Circles. Rather than simply talking about astrology, she invites participants to explore lunar themes through reflection, movement, crystals and personal insight.

Her intention is to make astrology approachable, meaningful and useful as a tool for deeper self-awareness.
