So, how do use a Crystal Facial Roller?

Step 1: Stimulate blood circulation

Begin under the chin, around the neck area. Roll the crystal slowly, but firmly, along the neck and chin area in a horizontal motion to stimulate blood circulation.

Step 2: Contour facial muscles

Next, move to the chin area and roll horizontally over the length of the chin to contour the lower facial muscles.

Step 3: Reduce fine lines and wrinkles

Move the roller to the corners of the mouth, and roll firmly in a vertical direction, reducing fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth area.

Step 4: Improve elasticity

Move to the cheek/cheekbone area, and roll in a horizontal direction around your cheeks.

Step 5: Tone 40+ facial muscles

If you are using a Crystal Facial Roller with a small end, use the small end in delicate nooks and crannies like around the nose and eyes. Using a large-ended roller is fine, just roll slowly and more carefully around these sensitive areas. Your face has so many muscles in it, and you can tone all 40+ of them at the same time using a Crystal Roller!

Step 6: Reduce puffiness and darkness around eyes

Go slowly and carefully around in the eyes. This is such a delicate area of the face.

Step 7: Soothes the nervous system

Continue in the centre of your brow, where some fine lines may begin to appear from laughing so much! Roll in an upright direction, smoothing on the brow and forehead, and also relaxing the nervous system at a core level.

Step 8: Evens skin tone and tightens pores

To complete your full facial massage, finish by rolling the upper brow and forehead in a horizontal direction.
