Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal. In Spanish, the name means "Holy Wood." It is part of the citrus family and has sweet notes of pine, mint and lemon.
How To Use Palo Santo
Burning Palo Santo or White Sage can be used before meditation, to clear our aura, remove negative energy, to clear a space or create a space.
Amethyst increases spirituality and enhances intuition and psychic powers. Amethyst is excellent for meditation, sleep and dream recollection. Amethyst is a spiritual protection stone. Releases negative patterns.

Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30-60 seconds and then blow out. Move around your work space, home, car, bathroom or anywhere else you would like to clear the energy.
