We can tune into Aries energy, the birthplace of creation
whenever we are looking to manifest, create or gain confidence
in getting a project off the ground.
The spirit of Aries is in a state of constant expansion that
teaches us that self-confidence and self-belief can provide all
the fuel we need to propel forward and reach for the stars.

Aries Meditation with Carnelian
Before you begin the meditation, cleanse your crystal. Find a
place to sit quietly and hold your Carnelian crystal from the
Zodiac Aries Set. If you are lying down, you can place your
Carnelian crystal over your Sacral chakra found just below your
navel.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through
your mouth.
Again, inhale, exhale through your mouth.
One more time, take a deep long breath in through your nose
and exhale through your mouth.
Allow your breath to adjust to your natural rhythm.
Tune into the Aries fire within.
You can accomplish anything when you connect to your inner
fire.
Visualize reaching the top of a mountain.
As you stand at the peak of the mountain, this is a reminder to
slow down, to gain insight.
If you find yourself distracted, keep visualizing being at the peak
of the mountain overlooking the dense forest of endless trees
where the sky’s the limit.
Ask for what you need from your Carnelian stone.
What images or messages come to mind? Listen to your inner
voice in this moment to yourself.
Follow your instincts.
Carnelian lends its fire to manifest your purpose.
Feel how Carnelian enhances your courage while being in
harmony.
Your mind and heart is aligned and connected to your inner
wisdom and spirit.
You are feeling grounded. Take as long you need.
When you are ready, slowly bring yourself back to the present.
Gently open your eyes. Lay down your Carnelian stone. Wiggle
your arms and toes. Start the day with newfound inspiration and
step into your power.
